Free standard delivery on all order of £150 & above (exc. VAT).
Any orders below £150 (exc. VAT) are charged will be charged based on service selected.

| £12.50 (Highlands, IOW, IOM, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and N. Ireland) Northern Scotland and other isolated areas may have delays, requires a signature on delivery. |
Next-day delivery option, we aim to dispatch the goods same day however we may require 1 day dispatch time during busy days, excludes weekends/ bank holidays.
You’ll receive a tracking number with all of these postage options. We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within three working days.
Direct to customer deliveries are charged at trade price + 25% direct dispatch charge.

RETURNS
Goods will only be acceptable for the following reasons:
- To correct an error in delivery.
- In response to a product or batch recall.
- Where products are alleged to be faulty/damaged.
No goods will be accepted back unless our member of staff has given authority and the return reference is marked on the outside of the returned parcel and quoted on the enclosed paperwork.
Please note that returns will only be handled if clean and dry. This is in accordance with current Health and Safety at Work legislation.
